Or if a dependency (say libfoo) is outdated: both the dependent (say
bar) and libfoo belong to "outdated". When port upgrades bar, it will
first upgrade its dependencies hence libfoo. When arrives the time to
upgrade libfoo, it will upgrade it once more.
