libtasn1-config no longer installed by the libtasn1 1.6_0

Okay, based on my read of the Portfiles, the follow ports need to be
updated...

    bitlbee
    gloox
    gnome-keyring
    gnutls
    iksemel
    libprelude
    msmtp
    ntfsprogs

I'll confirm and contact the developers through http://trac.macports.org
