Mirroring distfiles (was Re: mkvtoolnix dependency failure)

Mirroring to distfiles.macports.org should be working fine, as far as I
know; I believe ftp-based sites aren't mirrored, but otherwise, Bill
Siegrist has had this working for a while now.

The problem, of course, is that MacPorts 1.6 doesn't check it without being
told to...
