Unable to build yelp

Is there a newer version of yelp.  Recent versions of firefox (atleast  
3.0) no longer provide pkgconfig files.  Those are only provided by  
xulrunner (libxul.pc).

There seems to be some problems with the installed SDK however (and  
I'm actually looking into it as we speak)... see:

I think we just need to just set the XXXXXXX_CFLAGS and XXXXXXXX_LIBS  
env variables to bypass the pkg-config check.
