named with DLZ support

Oh, keep an eye out for this one:

root       291   0.0  0.2    79792   5008   ??  S     1:06AM    
0:00.36 /usr/sbin/named -c /etc/com.apple.named.conf.proxy -f

I have no idea what that conf file is all about, did not look at it,  
but no matter how many times I kill that thing, it starts back up.   
And every time I unload the launchd ord.isc... plist, it tells me  
there was an error.

I am not sure if that is what is even starting it up, but I can not  
for the life of me get it to go away.
