how long does it take to build gcc45?

Given https://trac.macports.org/ticket/27581 how could I install gcc45 on my
mac?
port install gcc45 is affected by the issue above.

P.S. If the subject contains "[LON]" or the addressee acknowledges the
receipt within 48 hours then I don't resend the email.
