Macport 2.03 glib2 problem in leopard

I'm sorry, I don't know why it's crashing. It looks like fileconf.cpp is a part of wxWindows, so I guess you installed gnuplot with the +wxwidgets variant. You'll have to ask the authors of gnuplot or wxWindows what to do.
