searching for that 'alloc_listener' string turns up the following

I am running apache2 2.2.22

	punkish at mumbai /var/log$httpd -v
	Server version: Apache/2.2.22 (Unix)
	Server built:   Apr  2 2012 19:27:17

Could this be a bug that still remains in apache2 itself?
