PostgreSQL 91 does not start automatically

Any suggestions to fix this? Whatever it is that is not running when apache2 tries to start automatically, seems to be fixed when I then start it from the command line. Is there a way to modify the start script so it waits and retries until the "sockaddr" can be set up?

Also, does this have any bearing?
