I have the ports of py27-tkinter and py27-pil installed. And I first run
X11. But still, when I run xasy, I get the pop-up "Failed Dependencies"
message window: "An error occurred loading the required PIL library.
Please install htp://efbot.og/downlaods/Imaging-1.1.7.tar.gz."

I also tried running XQuarts instead of the Mac's X11.app. Same failure,
though.

So I'm still stymied.
