Upgrading "guile18" fails

Yosemite 10.10.5

When doing my Monday penance viz. upgrading ports, something called 
"guile18" (whatever it is) failed to proceed.

Nearly 5000 lines in "main.log" so I won't attach it (unless someone 
really wants it), but the important bit seems to be:
