No, that's a new feature and is thus not contained in a bugfix release. Doing
this correctly also requires signal handling because otherwise messages would
get lost when you abort a build. MacPorts did not handle signals at all yet,
and the changes on trunk that add it need a little more work: there are a
couple of situations where you can press ^C and MacPorts will actually not
terminate. Since that's bad UX, that change isn't ready for a release yet.
