Get MacPorts to forget about my Fink install

I think you reinstall MacPorts from the installer dmg and then do a
selfupdate. It would probably have been a past selfupdate that caused it to
find /sw/bin/gnutar (it would have rebuilt the MacPorts base from source).
This will not affect your installed ports, just the MacPorts base.
