WebKit2-GTK: quartz VS XQuartz

Unfortunately quartz is not the default. Everyone seems to migrate from X11
too, taking Wayland and the fact gtk3 works pretty damn good in there too,
having quartz as default would make even more sense, IMO. But again, X11
really doesn't look as good as quartz which I believe is one reason to not
seeing much development on Darwin. Please consider this change, thanks.
