anyone working on the KiCad port?

Hi,

there is currently no port for KiCad ( http://kicad-pcb.org ) available for MacPorts. Although googling for a port brought up the following two tickets:

https://trac.macports.org/ticket/47268
https://trac.macports.org/ticket/50701

with a last relevant activity about 8 month ago. Are those abandoned or still worked on?
