<div dir="ltr">I&#39;m trying to install MacVim with the &quot;huge&quot; and &quot;breakindent&quot; variants.  Macports fails to fetch the distfiles for the MacVim breakindent patch (vim-7.4.16-fc19-breakindent.patch).  Anyone else have this problem or know a solution?  Thanks!<div>
