 MacRuby should build 4-way fat and work in 64-bit mode. We need to make
 sure we are not using 32-bit only features of the objc runtime.

 Additionally, all extensions that cannot go 64-bit need to be removed, but
 tk is already gone in 0.2, and it's I think the only one.
