 collections in ruby can be modified in place, but this is not allowed with
 NSMutableArray.

 rb_main.rb:22:in `NSApplicationMain': NSGenericException: *** Collection
 <NSCFArray: 0x10cdec0> was mutated while being enumerated. (RuntimeError)
