 I cannot reproduce the crash, however I reproduce the bug.

 $ macruby -e "h={}; h.setObject('foo',forKey:42); p h.objectForKey(42)"
 nil
 }}}

 I think this is because our Fixnum boxed class does not implement
 -[NSObject hash].
