OK, using r2219, I was able to achieve the following without error:

svn update
rake
sudo rake install
rake spec:ci

Begin Result:

Finished in 93.141017 seconds

1540 files, 6265 examples, 18457 expectations, 0 failures, 0 errors

End Result:
