 The attached patch adds:
   delegate=
   row_height=
   on_double_action=
   on_double_action {}

 to the table_view.

 The on_double_action is copied from the TargetActionConvenience. I'm not
 sure if it should go into a convenience or just in the table_view as I'm
 not sure if anything else has a setDoubleAction.
