You are right:
rake clean
rake
sudo rm -i -R /Library/Frameworks/MacRuby.framework/
rake install
solved and now I've a 0.10 trunk working for my test purpose.
now i've only to reinstall the gems because
gem list --local
don't show gems any more, but this in not a problem since I can reinstall gems.
very fine!
