[MacRuby-devel] Does MacRuby Play Well with RVM?

RVM works just fine for macruby, but I would recommend against using it.
It's not extremely useful as an alternative ruby implementation (think
jRuby, Rubinius), which is where RVM shines. It's much better to use the
`mac` prefix than to replace `ruby` with macruby in your shell.
