[MacRuby-devel] Installer Fails

Hi

Hmm, If Xcode was not installed, Installer might show "Installation Failed".

- MacRuby framework was installed in your environment. So, you can use
"macruby" command in Terminal.
- Template and rb_nibtool was not installed.
