Hi,

But 1.9.3 doesn't:

Traveler:~ rwschaaf$ rvm use 1.9.3
Using /Users/rwschaaf/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.9.3-p125
Traveler:~ rwschaaf$ irb
1.9.3p125 :001 > Time.new.utc.round
 => 2012-05-29 11:01:22 UTC
