 I don't think this will be handled anytime soon. When MacRuby receives a
 signal, it jumps to the signal handler function, which is kind of a side-
 part of MacRuby that is not executed withn all the `try {} catch(...) {}`
 of the program.

 It's a very hard issue, just like handling the stack-overflow error.
