Comment:

 A better hashing function for RubyHash objects has been committed in
 r5042, however Array#hash did not change. I think changing it is too
 critical for 1.0, because I'm afraid it might introduce incompatibilities
 with Foundation APIs. So I'm moving the bug back to Later.
