 Currently there is no direct method for loading an RBO file from
 Objective-C.  It can be done using an approach like this:

 MacRuby sharedRuntime] evaluateString:[NSString stringWithFormat:@"require
 '%@'", filename]];

 But a more direct method would be nice.  Either allowing
 evaluateFileAtPath to accept an RBO file or creating a new function.
