 Well, i decided to start all over again with xcode4 and a new doc based
 app ... created all class files as new and just copied all the code ..
 with the xib's same thing .. to my surprise i was able to create a working
 app with deploy .. tried to find the diffs but cant find them .. i suggest
 lowering the priority of this ticket .. obviously there is a decent work
 around
