 I added attachment on which can be Kramdown tested.

 In TextView at the top enter:

 {{{
 # header test

 A list

  * first bullet
  * second bullet
 }}}

 And click on Generate Preview. Notice header is ignored, but in standard
 Snow Leopard Ruby 1.8.7 it works as expected.
