Comment:

 I just created a new doc-based app with MacRuby master with Xcode4, then
 ran the Deployment target, then ran the app, and it works flawlessly (no
 exception or anything in the terminal). So maybe the problem has been
 fixed in the meantime...

 Please try again and let us know if it fails to work again.
