 Hello

 I am building a debug target

 the idea is that if a normal Cocoa app after the build process will auto
 launch
 so should a MacRuby
 if only so that there is parallel functionality in Xcode use and
 expectation

  both languages should feel "first class" and operate the same in Xcode
