 Hello Hubert,

 Unfortunately MacRuby 0.10 and 0.11RC do not work with XCode 4.3. To get
 MacRuby support in XCode 4.3 you will need to install a nightly build of
 MacRuby from http://www.macruby.org/files/nightlies/
