[SmartcardServices-Users] Installation Failed

Hi,

After downloading and unzipping the installer and after opening it with <Control> Open….
I get the installer and I can click through the installation dialogue but in the end I get the message
"The installation Failed" 

What can I do to get the smartcardservices installed ?
