[SmartcardServices-Users] Slightly off-topic: CAC reader co-site interference?

I've never seen a shielded smart card reader, so I'm not completely
surprised.  The FCC certification for electronics is evaluating emissions,
not full-spectrum electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).  For that, you'd
need to go to MIL-STD-461E.
