[SmartcardServices-Users] "Unidentified Developer" error when opening installer?

Shawn,
I know what Gatekeeper does, which is why I referenced "Gatekeeper set to
default", which is
Allow applications downloaded from: Mac App Store and identified developers
The problem is that your installer is obviously signed, but is giving an
"unidentified developer" message. Are you still an "identified developer"?
