The Makefile in the JavaScriptCore directory only works for the Mac  
port. build-jsc in theory should build all of JavaScriptCore plus the  
jsc command-line tool. It's proably a bug that it doesn't for the Qt  
port. However, I am not sure any of the Qt port folks are on this  
list, so you may want to ask about it on webkit-dev.
