Gully. I should buy you dinner for this one.

Another place where GCC hates us is JIT.cpp, where one function  
(emitGetVirtualRegister) that I kept making bigger still has  
ALWAYS_INLINE on it. I never landed the patch to remove that, because  
it was part of other patches that didn't land.
