Given you just got FIPS-140 certification for the latest CoreCrypto module, I'd say you've got some license to be busy.  ;-) Congratulations!

For those who can't wait, rumor has it that the 10.8 modules will work on 10.9. Also there's OpenSC-project. Obviously we prefer an official Apple release.
