[Tokend-Dev] Should I reboot system after install tokend

hello!
    Should I reboot system after install my tokend? In Macosx 10.10, after install my tokend, I found that I have to reboot my system to get it loaded. 
How to make my tokend take effect without reboot system? Which service should I restart and how ? Thank you !
