commit cbacf89b6b1a72384f431fa4a759ac995158953d

    sdksyms.sh: Use CPPFLAGS, not CFLAGS

CFLAGS can include flags which are not useful to the preprocessor
or can even cause it to fail. This fixes a build issue on darwin
when building for more than one architecture.

    Implement passive touch ungrabbing

Whoops. Forgot to implement this. The code currently generates an error
due to the unhandled grab type.
