    darwin: Build indirect support into libGL
    
    While this doesn't yet make it simple to use indirect GLX on darwin, this is
    a required first step towards that end.

    darwin: Improve support for mixing legacy and core profile contexts in the same process
    
    Support for core profile is still guarded by the LIBGL_PROFILE_CORE environment variable.
    
    With this change, glxinfo is now reporting the expected values both with and without
    LIBGL_PROFILE_CORE set.
