[Xquartz-dev] 1.4.0-apple4

I've rolled together a new Xquartz binary, 1.4.0-apple4.

Here are a summary of changes over 1.4.0-apple3:

Fixed cmd-tab to bring all windows forward.
Keyboard beep now works.
Disabled RECORD extension.
Multi-monitor support is better (you still will probably need to stop/ 
start the X server on hotplug, but mouse events are now handled right).
Cleaned up threading a bit more.

So far the only known issues are a crash on shutdown (if you can  
trigger it, please send me a backtrce and info) and tablets not  
working as we had hoped =(
