Here is an exact sequence of events:
1) Open X11 by starting an xgterm (or xterm).
2) Open and close some windows (in our case, xterms, cxgterms, and SAO
DS9) using the Applications menu.
3) Go back to the original xgterm. Sometimes, it will be hung (no
keyboard input, and messages in the Terminal it was started from).
4) Once it is hung, try to close it repeatedly with Cmd-W. It
won't...at first.
5) Open some more windows.
6) Try again to close that original Xterm. Eventually, it will close.
7) Once it does, try to open another xterm. It won't.
8) Try to quit X11. Get a spinning beachball.
9) Force-quit X11, usually twice.

Two crash instances (The Terminal output from the first xgterm, the
system log, and the crash dump) are attached, in a zipped archive.
