Oh, indeed. I guess I'll never manage to wrap my brain around the 
intricacies of (ba)sh syntax. It's yet another reason I am so happy 
with es. I don't think I have ever run across a syntax related 
problem I couldn't figure out right away. If the shell surprises me, 
it's almost always due to a typo.
