[Xquartz-dev] Latest xquartz kills focus follows mouse

I upgraded from 2.1.3 (with xserv 1.3-0-apple-10) to 2.1.4 with 
1.3.0-apple-10

Now, the value in org.x.X11 for wm_ffm does not affect the focus.  I no 
longer get focus-follows-mouse with wm_ffm = 1
