You need to update damageproto as well... I forgot to include that in  
the list.

usr/X11 $ grep -R xDamageAddReq /usr/X11/include/
/usr/X11/include/X11/extensions/damageproto.h:} xDamageAddReq;
/usr/X11/include/X11/extensions/damageproto.h:#define  
sz_xDamageAddReq		12
