[Xquartz-dev] 2.3.0-rc1

Ok, I put up an rc2 which just has the Info.plist and PkgInfo now...  
not sure what the CodeResources and version.plist files are... but  
it's working fine on my system without them... not sure what those are  
for... hmm...
