[Xquartz-dev] Tiger fixes in 1.4.2-apple24

Hi Peter,

I've pushed a series of patches into xorg-server-1.4-apple to attack  
the problems you've mentioned so far about building xorg-server on  
Tiger.  I also made a tarball of it if you prefer that over git.  It's

I'm not sure how to best deal with the OpenGL.framework being too old  
for us issue, so I just made xorg-server honor the '--disable-glx'  
configure option.  Try using that when building xorg-server-1.4.2- 
apple24 to skip building all the GL stuff.

I think I took care of each of the other issues you mentioned by  
either noop-ing unimportant things, resurrecting old code-paths, or  
adding typedefs when it's being built on Tiger.
