First, those should be '-f' not '-d'.
Second, the pbproxy stuff is integrated into the X server now... so
you don't need a separate executable. You can create it if you want
using '--enable-standalone-pbproxy'

Yeah, you'll need to customize xinitrc... you can just copy the files
in this dir:
